Woman's Hour 1946-

Weekly current affairs and general interest magazine series for women.By the 1980s it was joined by Weekend Woman's Hour, on Sundays at 11.15 am.

The British Medical Association is currently enjoying the highest profile it ever had since the health service was set up in 1948.
